What is Coaching and Mentoring?
Coaching and mentoring are supportive, developmental relationships designed to help you unlock your potential and achieve your personal and professional goals. While mentoring draws on my own experiences and insights to guide you, coaching focuses on asking the right questions to help you discover solutions and build self-awareness. Whether you’re newly qualified or have been practising for years, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are. All sessions are delivered online by Zoom or Teams and are charged on a sessional basis. T& C apply.
